Management of Change is an independent group of experienced consultants. We specialise in improving and developing individual and organisational performance. We work on interpersonal skills, management and consultancy skills, communication, coaching and assertiveness. We also coach executives on a one to one basis. We use many of the principles of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). All our work is based on looking inward rather than outward and we focus on real life issues rather than management games or simulations.
We are a dedicated to helping companies achieve their objectives through people. Respecting and valuing people is an integral principle in our approach. We believe that self awareness, self esteem and feedback are key to developing and enhancing performance.
There are many different ways of working with and managing people, our job is to help clients to find the way that is real and powerful for them.
